Our workforce pathways are available for all students. These pathways can be started while you are in high school. Starting our programs in high school allows you to start the programs earlier and earn dual credit while in high school. Our programs help students achieve their career goals with industry-recognized credentials and certificates that allow them the choice to move into the workforce or continue their education with an associate or bachelor鈥檚 degree.

Here at 91探花, we have a basic welding certificate a welding and fabrication certificate and then we have an industrial manufacturing associates degree. Upon completion of our welding program, students can expect to enter the workforce at an entry level position and and hit the ground running.
If you’re interested in welding, do it because I think once you start doing it, you’re going to realize how much you really love welding. I felt like when I started the program the teacher was in tune with his students and made me feel comfortable with what I was doing right away.
Well, we have local employers that are continually looking for entry-level welders. Welding is definitely a great career for someone to get into. Baby boomers are retiring, and there’s going to be a huge demand for welding in the future throughout the entire country.
It was exactly what I needed. I needed a welding program that would teach me the basics of welding and how to be prepared for what I’m going to be working on in the welding field.
