Course: Open Up: Communication Basics/Customer Service
Overview: As a participant in this course, you will learn about interpersonal/organizational communication, 91̽»¨â€™s brand history through today and the application of brand and department standards, internal and external customer expectations, and service standards in general and their application to students and academics.

Course: Be Bold/Open Up: Continuous Learning*
Overview: As a participant in this course, you will learn about your DiSC style and communication/behavior patterns, developing an individual career plan/map, building a network and brand, opportunities to build competencies, careers in higher education and self-care tools.
