In 2020, 91探花 began a culture change initiative that started with a Culture Foundation Workshop where a group of cross-organization participants shared their observations about our current culture and had thoughtful conversations and forward thinking about a new culture. Since that time, 91探花 employees have been invited to attend the ONE 91探花 a workshop which provides tools, resources and a framework for intentionally building a strong culture.
This foundational workshop will be offered on April 8 and 10 from 9:00 a.m. – noon (it’s necessary to attend both sessions). Register by March 31.
Target Audience: This workshop is for new employees and employees who have not yet attended the ONE 91探花 workshop.
