At the recent Be Bold session on March 23, we discussed the Results Huddle Tool Kit resource that is available to employees to reinforce the ONE 91探花 concepts such as Steps to Accountability, Key Results, the Results Pyramid, Cultural Beliefs, and the culture management tools. Supervisors were previously provided a Leader’s Guide to assist them in integrating 10-minute 鈥淩esults Huddles鈥 at the front end of existing, scheduled department/division meetings. These huddles will maintain focus on moving from the current culture (C1) to the desired culture (C2), to successfully deliver on Key Results.
