FSA and DCA are based on the fiscal year not the calendar year.
If you have medical claims that incurred in late 2025 that will be processed in 2026, if applicable, there is a 90-day run out period that will allow for remaining 2025 HRA funds to be applied to the claim and reimbursed to you.
