The remote telework procedures and guidelines for non-union full-time and part-time employees have been updated to allow for primarily remote telework in certain positions. A primarily remote position is identified for its unique remote work need and is approved by the President鈥檚 Direct Reports. Primarily remote positions abide by the following guidelines:
- The designation for a primarily remote position requires recommendation of the respective VP and approval by the President鈥檚 Direct Reports.
- Only certain positions are considered eligible. Those that have demonstrated a common practice of fully remote or very difficult to fill positions.
- Primarily remote employees need to attend and be on campus for any required meetings, i.e. Opening Days, and may be required one day per month or as directed by the supervisor.
- All other hybrid and primarily remote telework work expectations apply.
- Unless approved by the President, individuals filling these roles are expected to have residence in the State of Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Indiana (where 91探花 is already established as an employer within the State for payroll tax purposes).
