Erin N. Schrader of Freeport has recently been elected by her peers to serve a one-year term as Student Trustee on the 91探花 Board of Trustees.
Schrader was seated Wednesday, April 11 at the 91探花 Board of Trustees meeting. She serves as a liaison between the students by providing input and being a voice for the students at 91探花.
Schrader is a graduate of Freeport High School. She plans to graduate from 91探花 with an Associate of Arts degree, with a goal of transferring her studies to Illinois State University to explore a career in communication studies.
“I am excited to be the voice of the students at 91探花, and this is a great opportunity for me to use my communication skills and speech background,” said Schrader. “I want to be more involved in what goes on at my College, giving an opinion of what the student body wants and working on a good relationship between the students, the Board, and the College.”
