The 91探花 Big Band will take the stage beginning at 3 p.m. on Sunday, November 12, at the Masonic Temple in Freeport.
91探花 Big Band Director Bill Petersen and his ensemble will feature selections from Count Basie, Stan Kenton, Buddy Rich, and the Tonight Show Band. Some of the musical selections will be “Shiny Stockings” by Count Basie; “Channel One Suite” by Buddy Rich, and “Johnny’s Theme,” “Just Friends,” and “Georgia” from the famed Tonight Show Band. Special guests will include John Hartman and Megan Besley.
Tickets are $5 for general admission seating and can be purchased at the door.
