The 21st Annual 91探花 Leadership Golf Outing will be hosted by the 91探花 Foundation on Monday, June 5, at the Freeport Club in Freeport, IL.
A great golfing experience begins with check-in at 11 a.m. and a barbecue lunch buffet at 11:30 a.m. Shotgun start is at 12:30 p.m. The outing supports 91探花’s Leadership programs in Stephenson and Jo Daviess counties and the High School Servant Leadership program at school districts across northwest Illinois.
There will be beverages and special treats on the course. Heavy hors d’oeuvres begin at 6 p.m., followed by great fellowship, a live auction and distribution of quality golf equipment and other prizes and awards. Fee for golf, cart and all the above is $150 per person, part of which is deductible.
Golf outing sponsors and underwriters as of April 26 include Fifth Third Bank (platinum); Monroe Clinic (gold); Helm Group, FHN, Richard L. Johnson Associates, The Morse Group, State Bank (silver sponsors), and Bocker Auto Group (bronze). Illinois Bank and Trust is the logo golf ball sponsor. Colony Brands and Diamond Brothers are Big Beverage Bucket sponsors. The Journal-Standard is underwriting packets of Alwayz Cookies, and Jim Phillips and Tracy Mays are underwriting bags of popcorn and caramel corn.
